Open Create account
Go to pm.redeemerridge.com/signup on your phone or computer. Use Create account — Sign in has no code field.

Choose VIP code
Tap the VIP code tab. Do not use Join with invite — that is only for people joining a company that already exists.

Enter your details
Full name, your construction company name, email, and a password (at least 6 characters).

Paste your VIP code
Use the code from your welcome email. It starts with VIP-. Then tap Create company with VIP.

Confirm your email, then sign in
Open the confirmation email we send, tap the link, and sign in. Your private Team workspace is created automatically.
